Abstract
A computerized system and method for calculating a mortgage loan balance to appraisal value ratio for a given property. Data relating to a mortgage loan balance and appraisal value ratio is input into a computerized system. The data is then used by the computerized system to calculate a mortgage loan balance to appraisal value ratio for the property. A set of geographical coordinates is then entered into the system for defining the geographical location of the property. A computer listing of recorded properties located within a predefined radius of the property is then generated. A current property listing generated by a multiple listing service and comparative market analysis is also obtained and entered into the system.
Abstract
An apparatus and method for adjusting balance in a disk drive, and a method for assembling a disk drive, enables the modification of dynamic balance reliably and efficiently. The apparatus adjusts balance in a hard disk drive having disks and a spindle which are assembled in a base. The acceleration to be applied from an actuator is made to act on the top end of the spindle through a holder plate in one accelerator, while the acceleration to be applied from an actuator is made to act on the base end of the spindle through the base in another accelerator.
Abstract
A balance bar for a straight tube Coriolis flowmeter. The balance bar is preferably manufactured by process that provides an increased number of flowmeter elements integral to the balance bar. These integral elements comprise: brace bars at each end of the balance bar, rib elements on each side of the balance bar to raise the horizontal vibration frequency, a surface to facilitate the mounting of a driver to the balance bar and to a flow tube surrounded by the balance bar, surfaces to facilitate the mounting of sensors to the balance bar and flow tube, voids that lower the resonant frequency of the balance bar in a drive plane, and a cavity that makes the vibration amplitude of the balance bar less than that of the flow tube. Said element that lowers the resonant frequency of the balance bar also makes the flowmeter calibration factor independent of density. The balance bar is ideally made by a casting process in which the entirety of the balance bar is formed, but it may be fabricated by any process, including machining, that produces a flowmeter having some or all of the above mentioned elements integral thereto.
