An improved structure to operate and to dismantle/assemble dual-use sickbed and wheel chair, which is comprised by bed & chair, hemicycle disc gear, block structure, check structure and linkage structure, wherein shaft of block structure is fixed at lever or at bottom of lever basing on right cable housing of right brake crank, and another end protrudes into position hole of disc gear; L-pull rod of gear shift is pushed against ratchet of disc gear or fixed at L-pull rod by left cable housing of left brake crank, hold left brake crank to prevent L-pull rod from dropping off disc gear, so that disc gear can only rotate in single direction. As disc gear drives chair back to rotate, main link rod can move at the same time so that passive rod and connection rod drive chair back to rotate in reverse direction, chair back and mat also elevate in reverse direction; thus, either adjust chair back upward or downward, user can hold chair back with one hand while another hand pulls lever (or hold right brake crank,) or L-pull rod (or hold left brake crank), thereby, chair back and mat can be adjusted properly at any time. The packaging and transporting materials may be reduced by dismantling and assembling parts, furthermore, such structure is easy to operate.
The invention relates to a small vehicle, particularly a wheel chair, having a modular structure including a main component, at least one pivotable wheel which is adapted to be detachably mounted at said main component via a quick release device, at least one driving wheel adapted to be detachably mounted at said main component via a quick release device and a seat component which is adapted to be detachably mounted at said main component via a quick release device. The main component comprises a main body to which four arms for supporting the wheels are springably coupled. The quick release devices between said main component and said wheels are disposed between said arms and said wheels, respectively.
The present invention provides a method to automatically and safely stop an electrical wheel chair with breaks. When a disabled person pushes a driving-control joystick, the electrical wheel chair is released to move. When the disabled person releases a driving-control joystick, motors of large wheels stop rotating and the electrical wheel chair is locked to be stopped. A suspense time is used to make the driving more safe lest the disabled person falls.
An adjustable motion wheel chair having a mobility base for supporting a back panel and a seat panel. A pair of control plates are mounted to the mobility base and positioned laterally across the mobility base in spaced apart parallel relation. The back panel includes a pair of pivot pins located on opposite lateral edges of the back panel which are pivotally received by a respective control plate. A linkage member hingedly connects the seat panel to the back panel. Each control plate includes a forwardly extending stop for limiting the downward movement of a front edge of the seat panel. A latch member is attached to each control plate and is operable between a first position where the back panel is fixed in angular relation with the seat panel and a second position where the back panel is rotatable with respect to the seat panel. |
